She still only has 2 teeth but is pretty good at gumming whatever food she can get her hands on.

I think she liked the strawberry ice cream best because she went for that first over the cake.

I made her a peanut cake since that is her nickname. It has become a tradition that I do a carrot cake for all of our kids first birthday. This was the best one!

The other kids couldn't keep their hands off the birthday balloon Grandma Smith chose for her. We were lucky to have her here for the fun celebration. We can't believe it has already been a year since this girl was born. She has developed quite the little personality.

She is so sweet a lot of the time, but can be quite feisty, especially when dealing with her 2 year old brother. She is a mommies girl, but doesn't hesitate to lean over to give dad a slobbery kiss and hug.

Briana has gotten to have a little sense of humor and has the funniest laugh...if you can hear it. When you try to tickle her, she holds in as much of the laugh as possible.

She loves to play peak-a-boo and sort of says it too. She also says hi to anyone who will smile at her, dadda (not mamma yet!). She has begun to like the game of dropping things and saying uh-oh.

We sure love this little girl and feel blessed to have her in our family. Her one year stats are as follows:
19.4 pounds (16%) and 29.2 inches (42%) Barely 3 teeth with another coming in and crawling super fast with some walking while holding fingers.

Pretty baby Sarah and Cordell! We miss you guys. Wish we could come and build on one of your acres!:-)
She is adorable! I love that her personality is feisty. :) And her hair flower is darling! She is a baldy like my little boy was, and I just love babies like that. Congrats on how great she is growing up. We miss you!
