Thanks to our good friends and neighbors in CA, I was taught how to make real Indian flatbread. The ingredients are just wheat flour, water, a little salt and sometimes oil. The finished product is all in the cooking technique. My friend always made it look so easy to get them to puff, but I rarely have that success(the kids love them anyway). Tonight was one of those special nights where they finally did their magic and puffed. I can't lie...I was really excited!
Since we live so far away from our family, we thought this would be a fun way to help you feel up to date with all that is happening with our little family here in Oregon. Hope it works!
